What is a corporate check-up?
A corporate check-up is a private preventive examination that you book as an employer for your staff. At YEARS it covers a full diagnostic day per person at our clinic in Berlin-Charlottenburg: 25 functional tests and 87 laboratory biomarkers (the Core programme), an in-depth physician consultation and a personal prevention plan. Up to €600 per employee per year is exempt from wage tax and social security contributions under §3 No. 34 EStG. Optionally you receive an anonymised aggregate report for your occupational health strategy. The standard is Core from €1,900 per person; from 5 people with tiered corporate terms.

12-lead ECG, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound with Doppler. Early atherosclerosis and valve changes become visible.

Bone density & body composition
DXA bone density, 3D body scan, bioimpedance for precise body composition.

Tax and data protection: what you need to know
€600 per employee tax-free
Under §3 No. 34 of the German Income Tax Act (EStG), health services for employees are exempt from wage tax and social security contributions up to €600 per person per year. If the check-up exceeds that amount, the remainder can be treated as a benefit in kind or handled through occupational health promotion schemes. We provide an invoice that itemises the preventive medical services separately.
Data protection under GDPR and medical confidentiality
Individual medical findings go exclusively to the employee — never to the employer. The optional company report is anonymised and aggregated (minimum 10 participants) and shows only trends and risk concentrations, with no way to identify individuals.
Privately insured employees can claim additional reimbursement
If you as the employer pay for the check-up, that is a tax-free benefit in kind up to €600 per year. If you only contribute, a privately insured employee can submit their own share to their insurer under GOÄ. Most policies reimburse 70 to 100 percent. Civil servants entitled to Beihilfe additionally receive the eligible share.

Yes. From 5 employees we offer tiered corporate packages including anonymised, aggregated reports for your occupational health strategy. Larger packages (20+ employees) can be configured with dedicated appointment blocks, on-site logistics and coaching add-ons. We discuss specific terms in a free initial consultation — the advice is without obligation.
