If you would rather stay in Germany, there are two routes: a radiology prevention practice for the imaging, or a physician-led preventive clinic for the full diagnostic run. According to its own description, the scan covers skin, heart and circulation, blood values with results within minutes, body composition and a dermatologist assessment of flagged moles, plus more than 2,000 high-resolution skin images, all in under an hour. That is a broad, fast overview. Not included: whole-body MRI, liquid biopsy for cancer detection, medical genetics, microbiome analysis, and functional diagnostics such as spiroergometry or body plethysmography. For the question of whether your physical capacity has dropped, or whether an organ shows a structural finding, you need those procedures.

For clients in Germany there is also billing: YEARS bills under GOÄ, and private insurers may cover part of the cost depending on the policy.

If you want a fast overview at regular intervals and you are in London or Stockholm anyway, Neko is built for exactly that. If you need a solid medical baseline because of symptoms, a family history or an age above 40, the route runs through full diagnostics with physician interpretation. If imaging is what interests you and everything else is already covered, a radiology prevention practice is the fastest and cheapest way in. The three goals do not exclude each other, they simply need different providers.

A scan or a liquid biopsy are additions that can provide extra signals, but they neither establish a diagnosis nor replace an established procedure.
