In brief

Which are the best longevity clinics in the world?

Ten houses come up again and again for this question. YEARS in Berlin, diagnostics in one day with a public evidence grade for every procedure, no membership. Biograph in San Mateo and New York, whole-body MRI, DEXA and VO2max with an annual membership. Chi Longevity in Singapore, biological age and functional testing. Clinique La Prairie in Montreux, a retreat with its own diagnostic programme. Fountain Life in five US cities, the longest list of procedures as an annual membership. Human Longevity in San Diego and San Francisco, genome sequencing and whole-body MRI as standard, with a published cohort study. Lanserhof in Tyrol, at Tegernsee, on Sylt and in Marbella, a medical resort. Mayo Clinic Executive Health Program in Rochester, Scottsdale, Jacksonville and London, a guideline protocol with the specialists of a hospital group. Neko Health in the UK, Sweden and the US, a body scan in under an hour. Sheba Longevity Center in Ramat Gan, the longevity department of a public hospital with its own research. Which house fits depends on whether you want a medical baseline, ongoing care or a stay, and on where you live.

Questions to ask

Six questions you can ask any provider.

They apply to every format and can be checked on the provider’s website.

Diagnostic depth per visit

Which procedures are a fixed part of the programme: laboratory, cardiovascular function, imaging, genetics, body composition? A long list only counts if it is on the website and not available on request only.

Evidence transparency

Does the provider say which of its procedures are established and which are research-stage? Does it publish on its own work in peer-reviewed journals? In-house percentages without a method do not count.

Physician leadership, named

Are the physicians responsible for your findings on the website with name and specialty? A prominent founder is no substitute for a named medical lead.

Support after the findings

Is there a physician-led results consultation, follow-up appointments and a route into specialist care? A hospital group behind the programme is a real advantage here.

Price transparency

Are programme prices public on the website, together with what is included? Prices on request only are a minus, regardless of the amount.

Access

Does the visit require an annual membership, an application, an age limit or a stay? A day without commitment fits into a life more easily than a subscription with appointments across the year.

Details come from the providers’ own websites, as of October 2026. We do not quote third-party prices, because they change constantly.

  • YEARS

Outpatient preventive clinic, one diagnostic day, no membership · Berlin-Charlottenburg

    What sets it apart

The only clinic on the list that publicly assigns each of its own procedures to one of three evidence tiers, including the ones it sells itself. Plus fixed diagnostics per programme tier, physicians with specialty on the team page, public prices and one day without membership, application or age limit.

    According to its own website

    • Diagnostic day of 6 to 10 hours depending on the programme
    • 87 biomarkers from Core, 120 from Evolve, 230 from Ultimate
    • Cardiac and vascular ultrasound, spiroergometry and 3D body scan from Core
    • Whole-body MRI and liquid biopsy from Evolve, genetics and epigenetics from Ultimate
    • Results consultation about two weeks later, by video as standard; three check-ins a year from Ultimate

    What you should know

A single location and no hospital group behind it; specialist follow-up treatment happens elsewhere. No cohort study of its own in a peer-reviewed journal. There are no results on the day of the examination.

  • Biograph

One diagnostic day with annual membership · San Mateo (California), New York

    What sets it apart

Whole-body MRI, DEXA, VO2max and genetic testing in the entry tier already, and in the higher tier CT coronary angiography with plaque analysis, low-dose lung CT and a multi-cancer early detection blood test. Three medical directors are named, and the prices of both tiers are on the website.

    According to its own website

    • Visit of around six hours in one day, results consultation a few weeks later
    • Core with more than 20 assessments: whole-body MRI, blood panel, DEXA, VO2max, genetic testing, nutrition and exercise consults
    • Black with more than 30 assessments: adds CT coronary angiography, calcium score, lung CT, sleep test, CGM
    • Executive medical director and two site medical directors named

    What you should know

Annual membership, with variable pricing in subsequent years. In-house figures such as “one in six members with a significant finding” come without a method, and studies on the programme are missing. The number of blood values is not stated and there is no genome sequencing. From Europe, several transatlantic trips.

  • Chi Longevity

Programme packages over several appointments, also virtual · Singapore, Four Seasons Hotel

    What sets it apart

Co-founded by Prof. Andrea Maier, one of the most visible researchers in longevity medicine, with a clinical team and public prices for all programmes. The focus is on biological age, cardiovascular risk and functional testing with VO2max, lung function and cognitive testing.

    According to its own website

    • Precision Mapping with 23 modules: blood and urine panel, biological clocks, gene panel, body composition, arterial stiffness
    • Exercise ECG with VO2max, lung function, resting metabolic rate, glucose monitoring, sleep and activity tracking
    • Tiers Vital Start, Momentum and Pinnacle with re-testing after six months
    • Medical leadership and founding team named on the website

    What you should know

No whole-body MRI, no genome sequencing, no coronary imaging. Which epigenetic clock is used is not stated on the website. The house sells its own NMN supplement, whose benefit in humans has not been shown. No study of the clinic itself; the research link runs through the co-founder.

  • Clinique La Prairie

Medical retreat with residential stay · Montreux (Switzerland), plus longevity hubs including Madrid

    What sets it apart

The retreat with the broadest medical line-up: a dedicated Health Diagnostic programme and, by its own account, more than 50 medical specialists in the house. If you want a stay and still expect diagnostics, this is where you find the most of it.

    According to its own website

    • Residential programmes such as Revitalisation, Brain Potential, Master Detox and Healthy Weight
    • Dedicated Health Diagnostic programme
    • More than 50 medical specialists by its own account
    • Luxury setting on Lake Geneva

    What you should know

Which parts of a programme are diagnostic and which are therapeutic is not clear from the website. There is no evidence grading and no studies on the programme. The stay is part of the offer and of the price.

  • Fountain Life

Annual membership with initial assessment · Dallas, White Plains, Orlando, Naples, Houston; Miami and Los Angeles announced

    What sets it apart

The longest list of procedures on this list: whole-body and brain MRI, CT coronary angiography, low-dose lung CT, genome sequencing, epigenetic age, microbiome, retinal scan, neurocognition. Plus a named chief medical officer and ongoing care from physician, nurse and coach.

    According to its own website

    • Annually: whole-body and brain MRI, DEXA, blood panel with more than 100 blood values, CT coronary angiography, ECG, lung CT, genome sequencing
    • Plus retinal scan, microbiome, environmental toxins, epigenetic age, neurocognition, grip strength, sleep test
    • Tiers CORE, APEX, APEX Family and Executive Health for companies
    • CEO William Kapp, MD; chief medical officer Dawn Mussallem, DO, since January 2026

    What you should know

Prices on request only. No studies, but in-house figures without a method (“96 percent detect disease before symptoms”). The assignment of procedures to tiers is hard to read on the website. Stem cell and plasma therapies are also offered, which by the website’s own account are not FDA-approved. There is no evidence grading.

  • Human Longevity

One diagnostic day with annual membership · San Diego, San Francisco

    What sets it apart

Genome sequencing and whole-body MRI are part of the entry tier, and the house is the only one on this list to have published a study of its own cohort in a peer-reviewed journal: 1,190 participants, published in PNAS in 2020. Prices for all tiers are on the website.

    According to its own website

    • Whole genome sequencing with annual re-annotation, whole-body MRI, brain MRI, low-dose lung CT, calcium score, echocardiography, DEXA
    • Blood panel, with the count stated inconsistently on the website
    • Higher tiers add CGM, cardiac MRI, a multi-cancer early detection blood test and specialist consults
    • Founded in 2013 by J. Craig Venter; more than 20 peer-reviewed publications by its own account

    What you should know

Annual membership rather than a one-off programme, and the entry tier is only for people under 65. Functional testing such as VO2max and epigenetics are not on the programme pages. No current medical lead is named. From Europe it means several transatlantic trips a year.

  • Lanserhof

Medical resort with residential stay · Lans (Tyrol), Tegernsee, Sylt, Marbella

    What sets it apart

Europe’s most established medical resort, with four locations and medical programmes that combine diagnostics, nutrition and fasting. A dedicated Longevity Check as a four-day retreat makes the offer tangible.

    According to its own website

    • Stays with medical programmes combining diagnostics, nutrition and fasting
    • Longevity Check listed as a four-day retreat
    • Naturopathic methods as part of the concept
    • Four resorts in Austria, Germany and Spain

    What you should know

Diagnostics are one element of the stay, not its purpose. Naturopathic procedures sit alongside established ones with no evidence grading. A stay of several days is required.

  • Mayo Clinic Executive Health Program

Hospital programme, one to three days, annual return · Rochester, Scottsdale, Jacksonville (US), London

    What sets it apart

The only programme on the list with an entire hospital group behind it: a standard protocol based on US preventive guidelines, a dedicated internist per patient, specialists of every discipline in the same building, an action plan at the end of the visit and an annual return built into the model. For support after the findings, that is unmatched.

    According to its own website

    • Each visit typically two days, sometimes one or three
    • Standard protocol based on US Preventive Services Task Force guidelines plus Mayo recommendations, updated annually
    • Optional: genetic testing, multi-cancer early detection blood test, stress management
    • Executive summary and action plan at the end of the visit, results in the Mayo app
    • Explicitly not a concierge model; more than 1,200 corporate clients by its own account

    What you should know

The specific list of examinations is not public; the website does not mention whole-body MRI, VO2max or epigenetics. Prices on request only. Access runs through an application in which job title and company are reviewed. There is no named medical lead for the programme.

  • Neko Health

Body-scan clinic, under one hour · London, Birmingham, Manchester, Stockholm, plus cities in the US

    What sets it apart

The provider with the lowest barrier: a scan in under an hour, blood values with results in minutes, consultation straight afterwards. As an entry point and for regular repetition a coherent format, which is why it is on the list despite the limited depth.

    According to its own website

    • One scan in under an hour
    • Skin with more than 2,000 images and a dermatologist review of flagged moles
    • Heart and arteries, blood values with results in minutes, body composition
    • Consultation with the clinical team straight afterwards

    What you should know

No MRI, no genetics, no functional testing such as VO2max. The scan is a snapshot with broad but shallow coverage, not a programme with follow-up support. No location in Germany.

  • Sheba Longevity Center

Longevity department of a public hospital · Ramat Gan (Israel), Sheba Medical Center

    What sets it apart

A longevity department inside a public hospital, with a named leadership, a scientific board and its own publications on biological age and mortality. Diagnostics run across ten domains at specialised stations, with a biobank and app-based follow-up.

    According to its own website

    • Diagnostics across ten domains: including cardiovascular, metabolic, brain, sleep, stamina, sensory, biological age
    • Validated questionnaires, biobanking, a longevity summary with recommendations
    • Headed by Prof. Tzipi Strauss, medical director Prof. Evelyne Bischof
    • Own publications, including in GeroScience 2024 and Aging and Disease 2026

    What you should know

The list of examinations per station and the length of the visit are not on the website; whole-body MRI and genome sequencing are not documented there. Prices not public. According to the FAQ, the target group starts at age 45.

Third-party details as published on the providers’ own websites, as of 30 October 2026. Third-party biomarker counts are their own claims.

Frequently asked questions about the best longevity clinics in the world

There is no reliable ranking. No clinic has shown in a study that its programme extends lifespan, and the well-known best-of lists come from travel portals, magazines or the providers themselves. Ten houses come up again and again worldwide: YEARS in Berlin, Biograph in San Mateo and New York, Chi Longevity in Singapore, Clinique La Prairie in Montreux, Fountain Life in the US, Human Longevity in San Diego, Lanserhof, the Mayo Clinic Executive Health Program, Neko Health and the Sheba Longevity Center in Israel. They differ less in technology than in format: a hospital programme with specialists in the building, a diagnostic day without commitment, an annual membership with ongoing care, or a retreat with a stay. What matters is named physicians, an open account of the evidence, public prices and support after the findings.

Six questions, each verifiable on the provider’s own website: diagnostic depth per visit, meaning which procedures are a fixed part of the programme. Evidence transparency, meaning whether the provider says what is established and what is research-stage, and whether it publishes on its own work. Physician leadership, meaning whether the responsible physicians are named with their specialty. Support after the findings, meaning results consultation, follow-up appointments and the route into specialist care. Price transparency, meaning whether programme prices are public. And access, meaning whether the visit requires a membership, an application or a stay. Facilities, celebrity and investor funding are not rated. No ranking follows from that, because the houses have different formats.

Rarely, if you live in Europe. The three best-known US providers work with annual memberships whose appointments are spread across the year. That requires several transatlantic trips, and the costs recur every year. The services are not billed under the German GOÄ fee schedule, so partial reimbursement through private health insurance is structurally unavailable. On top of that, the diagnostics themselves, laboratory, whole-body MRI, cardiovascular function, genetics, are available in Europe at comparable depth, at YEARS in one day in Berlin. One exception is the link to a large hospital group as at Mayo Clinic, which also exists in Europe with Mayo Clinic Healthcare in London.

It depends on the format and the country. An outpatient diagnostic day, an annual membership with ongoing care and a stay with accommodation and treatments cannot be compared by list price. At YEARS, Core costs 1,990 euros with 87 biomarkers and functional diagnostics, Evolve 7,600 euros with whole-body MRI and liquid biopsy on top, Ultimate 16,900 euros with genetics, epigenetics and three check-ins a year, each as a one-off. We do not quote other providers’ prices, because they change constantly. Some houses publish them on their website, others only on request, and that is itself one of the questions. Calculate over five years, not over one appointment, and count travel and working time.

That has not been shown, for any of the ten houses. There is no randomised trial showing that a comprehensive check-up or a longevity programme increases life expectancy. What is established is more modest and still important: whoever knows and treats high blood pressure, unfavourable blood lipids, disturbed glucose metabolism or low fitness early lowers their risk of heart attack, stroke and diabetes. A good clinic finds these points, puts them in context and supports the follow-through. In-house figures such as “96 percent detect disease before symptoms” are not evidence without a method. That is why this page counts whether a house publishes on its work and grades its procedures openly.

Yes. The whole programme takes place on one day in Berlin-Charlottenburg, so it needs neither a longer stay nor a membership. On request, the medical history, examinations and results consultation are conducted entirely in English, and the report with all biomarkers, imaging findings and your prevention plan is in English too. There are no results on the day of the examination. The results consultation takes place about two weeks later, by video as standard, so you do not need to travel again. Values that take longer, for example from genetics, follow in a further consultation. How to plan the trip and what to bring is on our page for international guests.
