Yes. The entire YEARS team speaks fluent English, from the physicians and nursing staff to scheduling and coordination. Every intake conversation, examination and results review can take place entirely in English. Communication before and after your visit — questionnaires, appointment scheduling, emails and follow-ups — is also handled fully in English on request. You do not need to speak any German to receive a complete longevity work-up at YEARS.

Yes. Your full written report, including all biomarkers, imaging findings and your personal prevention plan, is provided in English. The physician review is delivered in English as well, so you understand every value and recommendation in detail and can easily share the results with your doctors back home. On request, we can additionally provide the report in German.

You travel to Berlin once for your main diagnostic day. With Evolve and Ultimate, recurring check-ins are part of the program — one check-in with Evolve and three across the year with Ultimate. For international patients, the blood draws for these check-ins can be done at home using a validated at-home collection kit. Your samples are analysed and your YEARS physician reviews the results with you by video. That way you stay under continuous medical guidance without flying back for every check-in.

Berlin BER airport is well connected. The simplest route is the RE7 regional train, which runs directly from BER Terminal 1-2 to Zoologischer Garten via central Berlin with no changes, in about 45 minutes. For the fastest option (around 40 minutes), take the FEX Airport Express to Berlin Hauptbahnhof, then the S-Bahn (S3, S5 or S7) two stops to Zoologischer Garten. The S9 S-Bahn also runs directly to Bahnhof Zoo every 20 minutes, taking 50 to 60 minutes. A taxi takes 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic (around 70 to 85 euros). A single Berlin ABC ticket (about 5 euros) covers the whole journey, since BER sits in fare zone C.

No. YEARS is a private clinic. You need neither a referral nor German health insurance. International guests book directly online and pay as self-payers. You receive a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurer at home if you wish. Reimbursement depends on your individual provider and is not guaranteed.

Yes. After your visit to Berlin, your YEARS physician stays available via video consultation. Check-in results, questions about your prevention plan and any adjustments are discussed remotely in English. With Ultimate, a dedicated personal health manager supports you year-round.
