It takes around 15 minutes from Hauptbahnhof. Take the S-Bahn S3, S5 or S7 two stops to Zoologischer Garten, roughly five minutes, then walk another five minutes to Joachimsthaler Straße 34. If your ICE stops at Berlin-Spandau, the S3 and S5 run from there to Bahnhof Zoo in about 15 minutes. A taxi from Hauptbahnhof costs around 15 to 20 euros depending on traffic. A single BVG AB ticket covers travel within the city. Bahnhof Zoo is served by the U1 and U9 metro lines, the S-Bahn, regional trains and numerous bus routes.

No. Evolve includes one check-in, Ultimate three across the year. The blood draws for these can be done at home with a validated self-collection kit, whether you live in Munich, Hamburg, Cologne or Frankfurt. The kit arrives by post, the capillary blood sample takes a few minutes, and you return it in the prepared envelope to our partner lab. You then review the results by video with your YEARS physician and your prevention plan is adjusted. So you travel to Berlin only for the diagnostic day itself. Core includes no check-ins and therefore no at-home testing.

Yes, that is exactly the intention. You receive a full written report with all laboratory values, imaging findings, medical interpretation and your prevention plan. The document is structured so your doctor at home can work with it directly, including reference ranges and the reasoning behind each recommendation. Follow-up checks, medication questions or referrals can be handled locally on that basis. We do not replace primary care, we provide the foundation for it. If questions arise from treatment where you live, your YEARS physician remains reachable through the ongoing care included with Evolve and Ultimate.

Yes. The clinic sits in Berlin City West, reached via the A100 and A115 motorways and then the Kurfürstendamm or Bundesallee. Allow extra time during rush hour. On-street parking on Joachimsthaler Straße itself is tight, so we recommend the nearby car parks, for example at Bikini Berlin on Budapester Straße or at the Europa-Center. Both are a few minutes on foot. If you are travelling a longer distance, the train is usually the calmer choice, since you will not have to drive yourself home after a nine-hour diagnostic day.

No. YEARS is a private clinic, you book directly online and need no referral. Statutory and privately insured guests are equally welcome; the programs are self-pay services. You receive a detailed invoice that you can submit to a private health insurer or a company health plan. Whether and how much is reimbursed depends on your policy and is not guaranteed.
