Why prevention – and why YEARS?
Intervening only after damage has occurred frustrates me as a physician. YEARS combines comprehensive lab analyses, imaging and functional tests into evidence-based diagnostics enabling individualized, holistic care.
What should patients take from their appointment?
A deep sense of agency. Daily decisions compound into a better health future. My role is to provide non-judgmental, supportive strategies aligned to individual lifestyles.
A frequent piece of advice?
Start with an honest look at your status quo. Define your goals, then move daily toward them – through nutrition, sleep, movement, relationships, and purpose. Reflection creates direction.
