Jürgen Mehrtens is the co-founder and CEO of YEARS, one of Europe's most advanced longevity clinics, based in Berlin-Charlottenburg. After more than a decade as an entrepreneur at the intersection of technology, health and growth, he founded YEARS with one clear vision: precision preventive medicine should no longer be a privilege for the few, but systematically accessible for anyone serious about their long-term health.

The idea behind YEARS came from a simple observation: the German healthcare system is excellent at treating acute disease, but structurally too late. Most chronic conditions that shorten lives today can be detected years before they manifest, if you measure the right markers and bring the right specialists together. YEARS closes that gap with an evidence-based approach: 87 to 230+ biomarkers, physician-led diagnostics under one roof, an individual prevention plan, and long-term care.

Jürgen builds YEARS together with an interdisciplinary team under the medical leadership of Dr. Jan K. Hennigs (former Stanford researcher). His ambition: a clinic that combines scientific rigour with entrepreneurial clarity, without falling for hype or biohacking promises.
