With a background in Business Analytics (Nova SBE, UC Berkeley) and an ongoing Executive MSc in Longevity, he combines data-driven analysis with the mission of making preventive healthcare accessible. As founder of the International Society for Health and Future in Medicine and host of the 'Return on Health' podcast, he advocates for a paradigm shift from reactive to preventive medicine. Niko believes longevity is not just about adding years to life but improving their quality, grounded in evidence, data, and critical thinking.
