New at YEARS
Blood draw at home.
The check-in comes to you.
What matters happens between two diagnostic days: you change something and want to know whether it is working. That is what the check-in at home is for. Take the sample at home, let the partner laboratory analyse it, discuss the results by video with your YEARS physician. No travel, no waiting room.

Sample at home, analysis at the partner lab
From €79
as an entry package without a programme
Included
part of Evolve and Ultimate
Two routes
As part of your programme, or as a way in.
Included in your programme
Evolve includes one check-in, Ultimate three across the year. You take the blood sample for these at home, wherever you live. Afterwards you discuss the values by video with your physician and your prevention plan is adjusted. You travel to Berlin only for the diagnostic day itself.
Core includes no check-ins. If you booked Core, you can add a single package from below.
As an entry package
You would rather not start with the full programme but first see where you stand. Then take a single panel. No subscription, no commitment, and you do not receive the values as a raw laboratory sheet but interpreted by a physician. If a complete check-up makes sense afterwards, we say so. If it does not, we say that too.
Prices below. An entry package does not replace a complete check-up and is not meant to.
How it works
Four steps, one of which takes two minutes.
The most demanding part is scheduling the video consultation. The sample itself is done in a few minutes.
01The kit arrives by post
You receive a validated self-collection kit with instructions and a prepared return envelope. Nothing to source or print yourself.
02Take the sample at home
The capillary blood collection takes a few minutes and works without a needle in the conventional sense. Then the sample goes into the return envelope and into the postbox.
03The partner lab analyses it
The analysis runs at the partner laboratory to the same standards as a draw at the clinic. You do not need to chase anything; we come back to you.

A trend, not a snapshot
One value tells you where you stand. Two values tell you whether you are moving in the right direction.
Panels and prices
Six panels, ordered by scope.
All prices include the laboratory work, the kit and return postage, and the medical interpretation. No hidden surcharges, no subscription.

Which panel fits you depends on what you want to know and what was measured last. We go through that in the free intro call, even if the outcome is that you do not need one right now.
What this is not
So the limits are clear.
Not a replacement for the diagnostic day
A blood draw at home delivers laboratory values. It does not deliver an MRI, spiroergometry, ultrasound or a physical examination. The check-in complements the diagnostic day; it does not replace it.
No single panel for everything
Each panel covers one area. A hormone profile says nothing about your kidney function, a follow-up panel nothing about your hormones. We do not combine on request but look at what fits your question.
No diagnosis by post
Abnormal values are followed up medically, where needed with a venous confirmation at the clinic or with your local doctor. A capillary value is a good starting point, not the final word.
Frequently asked questions about the blood draw at home
You receive a validated self-collection kit by post, with instructions and a prepared return envelope. The collection uses capillary blood rather than a venous puncture and takes a few minutes. You then put the sample in the return envelope and drop it in the postbox. The partner laboratory analyses it, and we come back to you as soon as the values are in. You do not need to chase anything or book an appointment at a laboratory.
That depends on the panel. For triglycerides and the blood sugar values a fasted sample is considerably easier to assess; for HbA1c it makes no difference. With the hormone panels the timing matters more than fasting: testosterone belongs in the morning hours, and for cycle-dependent values the best day depends on your cycle. You receive the instructions relevant to your panel with the kit, so that the values are actually meaningful.
Evolve includes one check-in, Ultimate three across the year. The blood draw for these happens at home at no extra cost. Core includes no check-ins; if you booked Core you can add a single panel. Which panel is used for a programme check-in depends on your findings from the diagnostic day and on what was most recently abnormal.
For the parameters offered here we work with validated kits and a partner laboratory that applies the same standards as a draw at the clinic. Even so: capillary blood is not identical to venous blood in every respect, and a poorly taken sample produces poorer values. That is why the instructions are kept as short as possible, and why we confirm abnormal individual values venously rather than turning an outlier into a diagnosis.
No, and that is the difference from an online test. Medical interpretation is part of every panel: what the values mean in context, what has changed since the last measurement, and what concretely follows. For a programme check-in this runs as a video consultation with your YEARS physician and leads to an adjustment of your prevention plan.
As a private medical service we bill according to GOÄ, so reimbursement is possible depending on your policy. Privately insured patients submit the invoice to their insurer; with occupational health insurance the annual budget applies. German statutory health insurance generally does not cover laboratory values without a concrete suspicion of disease. The insurer always decides bindingly.
Let us work out which panel makes sense at all.
A free intro call, 15 minutes. We look at what was measured last and what you want to know. Honestly, even if the answer is that you do not need one right now.
